How is COVID-19 affecting The C Shop?

We're monitoring the situation closely and making our decisions when we need to. At this point, we have chosen to not open our retail store until we're well into Phase 3 and the Canadian border is reopened. Meanwhile we will conduct business online only. We can ship packages as usual and have contactless porch pickup available.

Molly, Keith, and Saara got ServSafe certified in February. We've deep cleaned all winter as usual and are taking extra precautions to ensure everyone's safety. We had our usual FDA/WSDA inspection on 3/13/2020 and passed with flying colors.

Where's my candy?

We do not have immediate fulfillment. It takes time to collect your order items and you will be notified when your order is ready. Please reply to your confirmation email or use the contact form to make inquiries. Do not call the shop as we are not there all the time.

Our magical computer sprites will send out a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your treats have been shipped. Orders generally take 24 - 48 hours to fulfill. 

When will you be shipping?

We ship as we have product available. If it's not sold out, we have it. We should be able to ship most orders within a couple days of receipt.

What is Porch Pickup/Local Pickup?

Porch Pickup is a safe contactless pickup option, we'll place your order on the porch when you come pick it up so you won't need to enter the shop. You will need to tell us when you arrive. Just knock on the door.

How do I select Porch Pickup/Local Pickup?

The Local Pickup option is selected on the Shipping page before you pay for your order. 

When can I pick up my order?

We will notify you when your order is ready and make arrangements at that time. Our weekly pickup times are listed on the product order page.

Can you ship to Canada?

No, we can't ship to Canada. If you want to pick up at our shop, just use a Washington address, select the "local pickup" option, and you'll be able to order as normal. You must pick up your items or we'll eat them.

What if I want something that isn't in your store?

Please contact us via the contact form.

What if I want a Gift Certificate for an amount other than $10 or $25? Like $43?

Select the "Custom Amount Gift Certificate" and then type in 43 or whatever amount you want. If you want more than one Custom Gift Certificate, you'll have to place separate orders at this time.
