How has COVID-19 affected The C Shop?
We were closed all Summer Season 2020 for retail sales. The Candy Shop was open during 2021.
We have limited inventory for online sales during Winter 2021. We open again 5/6/2022 unless we say otherwise.
We keep Google Maps, Facebook, and our website updated with our hours.
Why is there only some candy online right now?
Supply chain disruptions and ingredients shortages are wreaking havoc on our business. What we have is what you get. It is out of our control. Hopefully it improves for next summer!
Where's my candy?
We do not have immediate fulfillment. It takes time to collect your order items and you will be notified when your order is ready. Please reply to your confirmation email or use the contact form to make inquiries. Do not call the shop as we are not there all the time.
Our magical computer sprites will send out a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your treats have been shipped. Orders generally take 24 - 48 hours to fulfill.
When will you be shipping?
We ship as we have product available. If it's not sold out, we have it. We should be able to ship most orders within a couple days of receipt.
What is Porch Pickup/Local Pickup?
Porch Pickup is a safe contactless pickup option, we'll place your order on the porch when you come pick it up so you won't need to enter the shop. You will receive pickup instructions via email when your order is ready.
How do I select Porch Pickup/Local Pickup?
The Local Pickup option is selected on the Shipping page before you pay for your order.
When can I pick up my order?
We will notify you when your order is ready and send instructions at that time.
Can you ship to Canada?
No, we can't ship to Canada as we do not have an export license. Once the border reopens, if you want to pick up at our shop, just use a Washington address, select the "local pickup" option, and you'll be able to order as normal. You must pick up your items or we'll eat them.
What if I want something that isn't in your store?
If it's not in the online store, we don't have it available.
As soon as the product is made, we package it to maintain freshness and for ease of order fulfillment. We do not break up packages. Once we are open for retail, individual items will again be available.
What if I want a Gift Certificate for an amount other than $10 or $25? Like $43?
Select the "Custom Amount Gift Certificate" and then type in 43 or whatever amount you want. If you want more than one Custom Gift Certificate, you'll have to place separate orders at this time.
