How is COVID-19 affecting The C Shop?
We're monitoring the situation closely and making our decisions when we need to. At this point, we have stopped Easter bunny production, but plan to make candy as needed to fulfill online orders. We have some dark and milk chocolate bunnies on hand and can make a white bunny if you ask nicely.
Molly, Keith, and Saara got ServSafe certified in February. We've been deep cleaning all winter as usual and are taking extra precautions to ensure everyone's safety. We had our usual FDA/WSDA inspection on 3/13/2020 and passed with flying colors.
We are currently not opening the candy shop Easter sales. We have limited products online. If you want something that we have listed as out of stock, please send us a message via out contact form.

Where's my candy?
Our magical computer sprites will send out a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your treats have been shipped.
When will you be shipping?
We can't ship until we've made the candy. To ensure utmost freshness, we ship as we have product available. We should be able to ship most orders within a couple days of receipt.
What is Porch Pickup/Local Pickup?
Porch Pickup is a a safe contactless pickup option, we'll have a chair on the porch and will drop your package on that chair when you come pick it up so you won't need to enter the shop. You will need to tell us when you arrive. Just knock on the door or call.
What if I want a Gift Certificate for an amount other than $10 or $25? Like $43?
Select the "Custom Amount Gift Certificate" and then type in 43 or whatever amount you want. If you want more than one Custom Gift Certificate, you'll have to place separate orders at this time.
Can you ship to Canada?
Unfortunately, we can't ship to Canada. If you want to pick up at our shop, just use a Washington address, select the "local pickup" option, and you'll be able to order as normal. You must pick up your items or we'll eat them.
When can I pick up my order?
We will notify you when your order is ready and make arrangements at that time.
