Where's my candy?

Our magical computer sprites will send out a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your treats have been shipped.

When will you be shipping?

We can't ship until we've made the candy. To ensure utmost freshness, we ship as we have product available. We should be able to ship most orders within a couple days of receipt.

Will you gift wrap my presents?

Sure! Just select the "Gift Wrap" item in a number equal to your boxes. If you only want part of your order gift wrapped, shoot us an email with the details. 

What if I want a Gift Certificate for an amount other than $10 or $25? Like $43?

Select the "Custom Amount Gift Certificate" and then type in 43 or whatever amount you want. If you want more than one Custom Gift Certificate, you'll have to place separate orders at this time.

Can you ship to Canada?

Unfortunately, we can't ship to Canada at this time. If you want to pick up at our shop, just use a Washington address, select the "local pickup" option, and you'll be able to order as normal. You must pick up your items or we'll eat them.

When can I pick up my order?

We'll have the Candy Shop open in December from 2 pm - 6 pm for candy pick up beginning December 13th. Open days will be 12/13 - 12/15 and 12/20 - 12/23. We will be closed Christmas Eve.

We also keep Google Maps, Facebook, and our website updated with hours.

What if those times don't work for me?
