C Shop Wine Pectin Jells

Can't tell the difference between plonk and good wine? We've got you covered with something unique and incredibly delicious for the wine connoisseurs in your life while sparing you the embarrassment of picking the wrong bottle.

Each year we select a few good Washington wines and cook them down with some sugar to turn them into some real grown up jells. The characteristics of the wines are preserved while adding just a touch of sweetness.

This year we are using Bookwalter Cellars Cabernet Sauvignon and Chateau Ste. Michelle Chardonnay.

This gift box features 3 sugar-sanded and 3 chocolate-dipped pectin jells made with regional red wine.

Ingredients:  Wine; Sugar, glucose, confectioner’s pectin, citric acid.

Dark Chocolate: Unsweetened chocolate, sugar, cocoa butter, milk fat [butter], sunflower lecithin [emulsifier], and pure vanilla.

Milk Chocolate: Sugar, unsweetened chocolate, milk, cocoa butter, sunflower lecithin [emulsifier], vanillin [artificial flavor]. 

Contains: Milk. May contain Sulfites.
