When is The C Shop open?
Retail is open weekends from Mother's Day to Father's Day and then daily through Labor Day. We are closed in the winter except for select days and hours.
Summer season begins again May 9, 2025.
We keep Google Maps and our website updated with our hours during the winter holidays, Valentine's Day, Easter, and any other openings.
What happens when I order online?
Our online platform will send you a confirmation email immediately. Please make sure you see that email as we can only communicate with you regarding your order via email. Check your spam folder.
Where's my candy?
We do not have immediate fulfillment. It takes time to collect your order items and you will be notified when your order is ready. Please reply to your confirmation email or use the contact form to make inquiries. Do not call the shop as we cannot answer the phone.
The magical computer sprites will send out a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your treats have been shipped. Orders generally take 24 - 48 hours to fulfill.
When will you be shipping?
We ship as we have product available. If it's not sold out, we have it. We should be able to ship most orders within a couple days of receipt. We ship with USPS.
What is Porch Pickup/Local Pickup?
Porch Pickup is our contactless pickup option, we'll place your order on the porch when you come pick it up so you won't need to enter the shop. You will receive pickup instructions via email when your order is ready.
How do I select Porch Pickup/Local Pickup?
The Local Pickup option is selected on the Shipping page before you pay for your order.
When can I pick up my order?
We will notify you when your order is ready and send instructions at that time.
Can you ship to Canada?
No, we can't ship to Canada as we do not have an export license. If you want to pick up at our shop, just use a Washington address, select the "local pickup" option, and you'll be able to order as normal. You must pick up your items or we will eat them.
What if I want something that isn't in your store?
If it's not in the online store, we don't have it available.
As soon as the product is made, we package it to maintain freshness and for ease of order fulfillment. We do not break up packages. Once we are open for retail, individual items will again be available.
What about cinnamon rolls?
Cinnamon rolls are available for pre-order on selected dates.
What if I want a Gift Certificate for an amount other than $10 or $25? Like $43?
Select the "Custom Amount Gift Certificate" and then type in 43 or whatever amount you want. If you want more than one Custom Gift Certificate, you'll have to place separate orders at this time.
Can I use my Gift Certificate online?
Gift Certificates can be used in store only.
