Chocolate Fudge [1 lb]

Here's a little candymaker secret. Most candy shops make their fudge from a mix. We make ours from scratch just like you would at home.

While the mixes are convenient, keep well, and can taste good, we enjoy making our Chocolate Fudge in a copper kettle and mix it by hand. If you know someone who just absolutely loves fudge, give them a truly homemade traditional fudge. We'll make it right before we ship it so it'll be fresh. It'll be better than good.

This one pound box of fudge is large enough to convince anyone. If you have a large crowd to convince, consider our 3 pound box.

Plain Chocolate Fudge Ingredients: Sugar, Evaporated Milk (Milk, dipotassium phosphate, carrageenan, Vitamin D₃); Semisweet Chocolate (Sugar, unsweetened chocolate processed with potassium carbonate, cocoa butter, milk fat [butter], sunflower lecithin [emulsifier], and vanilla); Marshmallows (Corn syrup, sugar, dextrose, modified corn starch, water, gelatin, Tetrasodium Pyrophosphate [whipping aid], artificial flavor, artificial color [Blue 1]); invert sugar, butter, and pure vanilla.
